December 2023 Roundtable: Getting a Client out of the Box of Parenting Time Conditions and Restrictions

Parents find themselves ordered to comply with conditions and restrictions placed on their parenting time, usually as a result of some chronic issue that impacts their ability to parent safely. A court may order substance abuse testing, psychological testing, supervision, or other therapeutic intervention. But how do you eliminate or minimize these conditions and restrictions once they are in place?
